focus on these three points of attention. Number one—the me. Do not forget yourself. Always watch yourself. Pay attention at all times to your words, actions, gestures, habits, even your thoughts and emotions. Number two—the object. Be thoroughly attentive to objects, entities, situations, anything outside of you that you can interpret with your senses. Number three—the place. Observe at all times where you are and be cognizant of why you are there.
